Topigs Norsvin SA is proud to announce the completion of the new state-of-the-art Gene Testing Centre on the Rietfontein farm near Villiers. This new facility will triple performance testing capabilities, ensuring further annual genetic improvements to benefit all Topigs Norsvin customers.
The Rietfontein facility plan is, amongst others, to ensure that tested animals realise their full genetic potential during the 12 weeks of testing. The layout of passages and pen installations were designed for optimal ease of visual selection and handling of animals.
